I loved the breakfast. It included many diverse options. the lagoon was also a highlight. It offered a perfect spot for relaxation and swimming. but the sand was soft!

inconsistent serviceorder mistake
the beach service was inconsistent, a HUGE letdown. i often had to search for staff. room service also messed up my order, yet they didn't accept responsibility and made me pay. it felt unreasonable. I did not like it.
